CHILDATHON to Save Childhood for a Golden Assam

Child Friendly Guwahati organized a CHILDATHON on August 23 in collaboration with District Child Protection Unit, State Child Protection Society and the District Administration of Kamrup (M). The walk rally was the concluding event of the District Level of 90 Day Campaign “Suroxito Xaixab Xonali Axom” (Save Childhood for a Golden Assam) on Child Protection. 130 children raised slogans and carried placards displaying the messages for child protection. Representatives of District Administration, civil society bodies, media along with the CFG staff walked for the cause of children. The collective involvement created a sense of solidarity towards the cause of child protection.
