Punam Basfor

Punam Basfor was living on the footpath of Solapara area , Paltanbazar with her mother . Their house was made of paper and clothes. Her mother is a ragpicker . Punam helped her mother in doing this. In the year 2022 Meera Basfor , a local woman adopted her . As Meera had other children , it was quite difficult for her to look after Punam . In that year CFG had found Punam and motivate Meera to enrolled her in local Govt. school. CFG’s motivation works. Punam was enrolled in class 1 in Harijan Bunayadi Vidyalaya. Now she is regularly attending school and tution class provided by CFG.
