Suman Pal

Suman Pal is from Patshala in the district of Bajali. For the last two months, he had been employed at a bike wash shop in the Adabari area. He came for job with his brother-in-law. He used to be paid $8,000 per month for working from early in the morning at 9:00 am till late in the evening at 8:00 pm. He was rescued by the Child Friendly Guwahati child rescue team working with the District Task Force and Labor Inspector. The child was reunited with his parents after the rescue team presented this case to CWC and his parents turned in all the necessary paperwork. As part of his ongoing research, the rescue team is now approaching CWC of Bajali and following up with the child on a daily basis.
